Eric Logan AIA

Principal

Eric's particular influence is in the realm of design excellence for all of the firm's work.  As a building evolves from concept to completion, he leads the team through the process of developing and refining the design.  In this supervisory role, Eric strives to express the firm's artistic vision, in which clarity of purpose, responsiveness to site, and dedication to human habitation work in concert to make quality buildings.

After graduating with a Master of Architecture degree from Arizona State University in 1991, Eric moved to Denver to apprentice with Urban Design Group.  He completed his architectural internship at Blue Sky Studio and, as a newly licensed architect, participated in Denver's urban renewal initiative, renovating loft buildings in the city's Lower Downtown.  Eric returned to his home state to join Carney Architects in 1995.

In addition to overseeing the design process for the practice, Eric defines the firm’s marketing vision.  Eric also manages his own projects, which currently include several residences, office buildings, and ski resort facilities.

Eric serves as the Chairman for the Town of Jackson Design Review Committee and has been recognized by the National American Institute of Architects (AIA) as a "Citizen Architect" for his contributions to his local community.  He is also on the board of directors for the Art Association of Jackson Hole.  Eric is a member of both the AIA and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is licensed in the state of Wyoming.
