Carney Architects and the Arts Design Collaborative Receive Three Regional Design Awards

Carney Architects and the Arts Design Collaborative received three design awards from the Western Mountain Region of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).  Carney Architects received two Citation Awards for the New Fork Social Club Residence in Pinedale, Wyoming and the 5 Lazy R Guest Quarters in Wilson, Wyoming.  The Arts Design Collaborative, a partnership formed to develop the Performing Arts Pavilion of the Jackson Center for the Arts, with Stephen Dynia Architects serving as Design Architect and Carney Architects serving as Executive Architect, received a Merit Award for the new Center Theater.

Of the 250 entries accepted from across the nation, these projects represent three of only XX chosen by an esteemed jury of architects.  The awards will be presented September 15, 2007 at Western Mountain Region Chapter of the AIA Conference in Reno, Nevada.
