Jackson Architects Win Eight out of Nine Wyoming Design Awards

Carney Architects, Tobler Duncker Architects, Hawtin Jorgensen Architects and Stephen Dynia Architects received eight out of the nine awards presented by the American Institute of Architects 2000 Wyoming Design Awards Program.  The Awards were presented on February 25, 2000 at the annual AIA Wyoming Conference in Cheyenne.  Carney Architects won two Honor Awards and an Honorable Mention for three local projects including the Bridger Center in Teton Village. Tobler Duncker Architects won two awards for local projects including the Sage Meadows Affordable Housing Project at Melody Ranch.  Peggy and Paul Duncker received an Honor award for the Red House, their house in Wilson.  Hawtin Jorgensen Architects received a Merit award for a local residence.  Stephen Dynia Architects received a Merit award for a studio in Kelly.  AIA awards are generally regarded as the highest form of recognition the architectural profession can bestow upon its members.
