Local Architects Win Regional Design Awards

The 2005 American Institute of Architects Western Mountain Region Conference Awards Ceremony was held in Phoenix on Saturday August 27th, 2005.  Two Jackson Architects, Eric Logan and Stephen Dynia were present to receive Design Awards. 

Of 169 entries from 6 states, the Jury awarded 1 Award of Honor, 7 Awards of Merit and 11 design Citations.  Logan received an Award of Merit for the Stanwood residence in Indian Paintbrush, Dyina received a Citation Award for the Hunt residence in Indian Springs.  Other winners in this year's program included such internationally known Architects as Will Bruder, Antoine Predock and Eddie Jones.  AIA Awards are generally considered the highest form of recognition bestowed by the Architectural profession.
