5 Lazy R Residence Renovation

The clients of this interior remodel are part-time residents from Dallas, Texas. They wanted to update their 5,836 sf Wilson, Wyoming home with a clean, contemporary look.
The firm collaborated with Emily Summers, an award winning interiors firm based out of Dallas, to transform the existing space using simple, clean lines and modern colors along with an exotic fusion of antiques and vintage elements, creating a unique and inviting living space.
To accommodate the family’s three growing boys, the renovation included converting existing office space located over the garage into a children’s bunkroom and play area. Two fireplaces were remodeled to reflect the updated look of each room.
The firm also designed a 1,100 sf guest house that is situated near the main house around a south facing courtyard.
