Huntsman Springs Clubhouse Complex
This Project is the heart of the Golf activities that are centered on a private golf club community, located in the Teton Valley, in Driggs, ID. The project consists of three buildings: The Golf Clubhouse, The Fitness Center, and the Pool Pavilion. The clubhouse is 18,700 sf and consists of a 200-person Restaurant and Lounge with outdoor dining, Pro Shop, Members Locker Rooms, Meeting Space, and Banquet Support facilities. The Fitness Center is 4,600 sf and consists of Workout and Movement Studio spaces, Spa Treatment Rooms, and Locker Rooms. The Pool Pavilion is 1,700 sf and consists of Pool Changing Rooms, Storage, and Refreshments Center.
The exterior materials, in keeping with the western ranch vernacular, are stone, cedar siding, with re-sawn timbers that support a generous, metal roofed, wrap-around porch that invite cozy gathering and dining to soak up the expanding views of the Teton Valley floor and golf course.
The restaurant boasts a grand space of vaulted wood ceilings with a series of heavy timber trusses marching along the dining room, anchored at both ends by two large stone, see-through fireplaces; harping back to the great rooms of the Great American West Lodges.
The project is at the center of activities and services provided for it’s members, which will include golf, fitness, pool, and tennis, social and special events. The goal of the project is to provide a standout clubhouse complex that not only meets the needs and desires of members and their families for sporting, social, and banquet services; but also becomes a legacy of the Huntsman Family. Located at the heart of the heralded links style golf course designed by David McLay Kidd, ranked as one of the top in the nation; the property boasts stunning views of the Teton Mountains and Teton Valley. This property development also consists of the residential development that features a two mile boardwalk, meandering through the 500 acres of protected wildlife land among natural fishing waters for it’s residents.
