Broadway Millennium Office Building
Jackson, Wyoming
Completion Date: 2000
This 12,000 sf office building was designed to accommodate the needs of a regional law firm. Its location on a prominent corner just off the Town Square made it suitable for a class A office in addition to the law firm's offices. The design concept is an L-shaped two-story building facing Broadway, with parking below the second floor of the rear part of the building, along Willow Street. The building is placed on the setback line and serves as a bookend to the downtown urban zone.
Exterior materials, in keeping with the downtown context, are stone, heavy timber and cedar plank siding. The timber structure and elevator core laterally brace the building and open up the second story level to vaulted ceilings.
